Desktop Support

We can connect direcly to your PC and provide aid. This works by opening a connection from your computer to our firewall, and using a VNC client to connect directly to your desktop PC.

This gives us control of your computer, and so normally launches several warning commands, from Windows, your firewall software and Internet Explorer. It doesn’t currently support Windows Vista. Phone our support line before you click on the link so we know the system is ready for you, and so we can tell you which station to connect to.
